Direct billing is available for many insurers, including Manulife, Sun Life, Canada Life, and Green Shield. Approval and your out-of-pocket amount depend on your plan and remaining coverage. If a claim isn’t approved, you pay at your visit and receive an RMT receipt.
What happens at my first appointment?
You’ll complete a health history, discuss your goals, and review your comfort and consent with Ricky. Treatment is tailored to you, with practical aftercare when appropriate. You can ask questions at any point.

What will future visits cost?
The first 60-minute visit is $109 + HST. Returning 60-minute visits are $120 + HST. Other appointment lengths are available in the booking system. There’s no package to buy and no recurring commitment.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Cancellation fees aren’t covered by insurance.
